Designed for Nikon Z-mount APS-C mirrorless cameras, the NIKKOR Z DX MC 35mm f/1.7 is a fast, versatile prime lens that seamlessly bridges the gap between everyday walkaround photography and detailed close-up shooting. Offering a natural 52.5mm full-frame equivalent field of view, its bright f/1.7 maximum aperture provides outstanding low-light performance and rich, creamy background blur. Weighing just 7.8 oz (220 g) with a compact 2.8-inch build, it features an impressive minimum focus distance of 6.3 inches (16 cm) and a 0.67x maximum magnification (equivalent to life-size field-of-view rendering on full-frame), making it perfect for capturing intricate textures, portraits, lifestyle content, and street photography with crisp detail. An internal stepping motor (STM) delivers fast, virtually silent autofocus that keeps the lens length constant during operation, giving creators a portable, all-in-one optical tool for both stills and video.
