Excellent condition. The lens is free of fungus, haze, and scratches. There is some minor dust between the elements of the lens which will not impact photo quality. The exterior has minor wear, typical of lenses this age, including small scratches or worn pain that does not affect performance. The aperture and focus move smoothly. The Fujinon 55mm F/2.2 M42 was produced between 1975-1982. The construction is composed of 4 elements in four groups, and has a 5 bladed aperture that produces rounded pentagon bokeh. The minimum focus is 0.6 meters. This lens is rather popular for its strong, bubbly bokeh effect when photographing back light subjects, and is reportedly sharp when stopped down.
