Fully Compatible: Slides directly onto the side bayonet mount of the 500C, 500C/M, 503CX, and 2000-series bodies.

Partial/Conditional Compatibility: While it fits the interchangeable mount mechanism, later bodies like the 501C, 501CM, and 503CW shipped natively with winding cranks. Note that the early 501C standard model features a fixed, non-removable winding crank mechanism, meaning you cannot swap a knob onto it unless the side housing has been modified or uses an interchangeable sub-assembly.
