That's right, more than a lens, Camera Unit 3 contains all the inner workings of a versatile, yet simple, 10Mp digital camera. Once paired with Ricoh's GXR System body, the Camera Unit is capable of full functionality, giving you numerous creative options.
Unlike most camera systems that allow you to switch out lenses, the GXR System from Ricoh, is a unique, and dust-free approach to enhancing your photographic vision. Instead of taking off the lens and exposing the sensor and other internal compartments of the camera to insidious dust, the GXR system completely elminates the problem by never allowing the inside of the camera to be exposed in the first place.
The P10 provides the user with everything from wide-angle 28mm up to a 300mm zoom. That means you can capture close-up subjects and those far off in the distance all with one lens, making it ideal for those times when any kind of subject matter might cross your path. Additional features of the P10 include 10.7x optical zoom, image stabilization, noise reduction, and, of course, a 1280 x 720 HD movie mode.
