This plastic bayonet lens hood is the hood which is originally supplied by Tamron with the #A20 AF 28-300mm f/3.5-6.3 XR Di VC lens, and is offered here as a replacement for a lost or damaged hood.

This hood bayonets on to the plastic tabs specifically upon the AF 28-300mm f/3.5-6.3 XR Di VC lens, and won't work upon any other lens. Does not fit the Tamron 28-300mm f/3.5-6.3 XR Di (non VC) lens.
