The compact receiver connects directly to your mobile device via USB-C and features a switch for selecting between noise cancellation modes. A female USB-C port also allows you to charge your smartphone while recording. The transmitter records timecode data directly into its internal files for a more efficient postproduction workflow, while dual-file recording preserves both an original track and an algorithm-enhanced version. Support for 32-bit float and Lossless Audio recording provides additional flexibility when editing and processing your recordings.

Adaptive Gain Control
Choose between two gain modes to suit different recording environments. Automatic mode helps prevent clipping when unexpected loud sounds occur, while Dynamic mode adjusts gain in response to changes in volume to maintain more consistent audio levels in predictable recording situations.

Customizable Voice Presets and Noise Cancellation
Three voice presets—Regular, Rich, and Bright—let you tailor the character of your recordings to your preferred sound. Two levels of noise cancellation provide additional control over unwanted background noise. Basic mode reduces steady, low-frequency sounds such as fans and air conditioning, while Strong mode is designed for noisier environments and significantly reduces ambient noise.

Dual-Band Wireless and Bluetooth Connectivity
The DJI Mic 3 supports dual-band wireless frequency hopping across 2.4 and 5.8 GHz frequencies, providing reliable wireless audio transmission from distances of up to 1312'. Built-in Bluetooth 5.4 enables direct connectivity with compatible mobile devices, while the transmitter can connect directly to the DJI Osmo 360, Osmo Action 5 Pro, Osmo Action 4, and Osmo Pocket 3 without requiring the receiver.

Long Battery Life
