Flexible Recording for Postproduction
The transmitters feature internal recording with timecode support, making it easier to synchronize audio during editing. Dual-file recording preserves both an original track and an enhanced version, while 32-bit float and Lossless Audio recording modes provide greater flexibility for demanding postproduction workflows. The receiver also features selectable noise cancellation and a USB-C pass-through port, allowing you to charge your smartphone while recording.
Adaptive Gain Control
Two gain modes provide flexible control over changing audio levels. Automatic mode helps prevent clipping when unexpected loud sounds occur, while Dynamic mode continuously adjusts gain in response to volume changes for a more consistent recording level in controlled environments.
Customizable Voice Profiles and Noise Cancellation
Choose from Regular, Rich, and Bright voice presets to tailor the character of your recordings. Two levels of noise cancellation provide additional control over unwanted ambient sounds. Basic mode reduces steady background noises such as fans and air conditioning, while Strong mode is designed for noisier environments and significantly reduces surrounding sounds.
Dual-Band Wireless and Bluetooth Connectivity
The DJI Mic 3 uses dual-band wireless frequency hopping across 2.4 and 5.8 GHz frequencies for a reliable connection at distances of up to 1312'. Built-in Bluetooth 5.4 allows direct connectivity with compatible mobile devices, while the transmitters can also connect directly to the DJI Osmo 360, Osmo Action 5 Pro, Osmo Action 4, and Osmo Pocket 3 without requiring the receiver.
Long-Lasting Battery Performance
Built-in transmitter batteries provide extended operation for all-day content creation, while automatic sleep and power-off functions help conserve energy. The transmitters can also be used while your smartphone is charging, and included magnetic charging cables provide a convenient way to recharge the system.
