The FJ100 100Ws Touchscreen Off-Camera Strobe with FJ Mini AC/DC Battery is another step forward in Westcott's evolution of the FJ series, now with a 100Ws off-camera strobe featuring an ultra-compact design—the most compact in the FJ strobe line. Besides familiar attributes we've come to expect from Westcott, the FJ100 is paired with a new FJ Mini AC/DC battery that provides 700+ full-power flashes per charge. A staple for wedding photographers in need of reliable features and portability, this strobe offers 2.4 GHz communication across the FJ wireless ecosystem, precise beam control with automatic and manual 24-200mm zoom, recycling times of 0.01 to 1.6 seconds, freeze and high-speed sync capability, and more. One of its major highlights is giving photographers of all experience levels the ability to identify and manage multiple lights with color-coded LED group indicators. With an included travel case, the FJ100 is ready to go the moment inspiration strikes.

Portable Lighting Solution
A built-in 24-200mm zoom automatically matches your lens's focal length or can be manually adjusted to precisely control the beam spread when your scenes call for a different look. Similar in size to a soda can, the FJ100 offers TTL, HSS, freeze, front/rear curtain, and stroboscopic options, along with a 9-stop power variable from .78 to 100Ws, and a 2W LED modeling lamp with independent brightness control and auto-adjust functionality. Whether you're photographing in the studio or on location, Westcott's consistent color over the whole power range delivers professional, consistent results.
Capture Every Moment
If you are freezing action or balancing flash with ambient light, the FJ100 is for you. Backed by fast 0.01 to 1.6 second recycle times and freeze flash durations as short as 1/40,400 sec (t0.5), the FJ100 is capable of 60 fps for continuous capture (camera dependent) to help you keep pace with the action. Other highlights are HSS support to allow shutter speeds of 1/8000 second, as well as front and rear curtain sync. Users can also adjust flash exposure compensation (FEC) by +/-3. The FJ100 is designed for precise control and dependable operation shoot after shoot.
Creative Mask Mode
Just as the advanced models of the FJ strobe series, the FJ100 also features Westcott's exclusive Creative Mask feature, a great asset for fast-paced shoots, such as sports, school, high-volume, and portrait photography. This functionality gives photographers the ability to create up to six lighting combinations without moving the fixtures. From subtle fill light to dramatic action shots, the FJ100 is adaptable to virtually any shooting style.
Seamless Integration
Part of Westcott's 2.4 GHz FJ wireless system, the FJ100 can work with separately available FJ devices for a cohesive lighting ecosystem. Control your setup with separately available FJ triggers, such as the optional FJ-T1 unit, and find compatibility with major camera brands. When combined with an optional FJ trigger, the Westcott StudioLink app allows you to remotely adjust settings, control lights, and unlock advanced features directly from your smartphone.

The included FJ Mini battery has LED status indicators to keep you apprised of remaining power. If you need extra runtime, charge or power the FJ100 via USB-C without interrupting your workflow. The strobe's shared battery compatibility with the separately available FJ100 speedlight eliminates the need for multiple power solutions.
Built to Keep Up
Intelligent self-monitoring heat protection enables the FJ100 to deliver up to 100 consecutive full-power flashes, ideal for demanding scenarios, such as weddings, events, and portrait sessions. It has a passive cooling system with multi-stage heat protection, and it supports IGBT+ technology to enhance camera compatibility and flash performance. Firmware updates via a USB-C data port will keep your strobe current with the latest improvements and features.
Shape Your Light
The head has native Twist Lock mount compatibility with various Twist Lock modifiers, and it also works with a separately available Bowens adapter (Westcott's optional S-Bracket 2) that gives you access to an expansive array of softboxes and larger modifiers weighing up to 1.3 lb. The FJ100 includes a removable tilt bracket with a 5/8" receiver for optional stand mounting, plus 8mm umbrella shaft compatibility.
