It features a 0.58-inch OLED display with a high-resolution 7.08 million-dot panel and 0.90x magnification, delivering a clear and detailed image that supports critical focus and exposure assessment during production.
Built specifically for seamless integration, the viewfinder attaches directly to the top of the FX5 through a proprietary connection and is secured with dual 1/4"-20 screws for a stable mounting setup. The unit can tilt vertically up to 90 degrees, allowing operators to adjust viewing angles easily depending on shooting position and environment.
The detachable OLED module supports a wide color gamut equivalent to DCI-P3 and 10-bit color, enabling accurate color representation along with HDR monitoring capabilities. Users can choose between Standard and Zoom Out display modes, with the latter providing a wider field of view for improved situational awareness while shooting.
Ergonomics are also carefully considered, with a detachable eyepiece cup that can be reversed for both left- and right-eye use. Removing the eyepiece allows for closer viewing, which can be particularly useful for operators wearing glasses. A protective terminal cap is included and can be conveniently stored within the viewfinder body when not in use, helping to keep components safe during transport and setup.
