RETURN POLICY

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within Fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached and original boxes

For new Cameras and Lenses, the manufacture allows for a 10 day new product return policy, where if the product is defective from the factory Ace Photo, Inc will replace the defective Camera and Lens with the same model if:

            • The original box is returned and is not damaged pr mutilated
            • All paperwork and packing is returned to Ace Photo, Inc with the defective product
            • All accessories that were originally included with the lens or camera are returned in new condition.
            • All Serial numbers match on the product and box.

 RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at contact@acephoto.net to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

              • Items that are clearly marked on the website, in the description as not returnable

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

              • A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns that were opened and not returned in the same condition
              • A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on any product over $3,000
              • A minimum 25% restocking fee will be assessed for any camera where the shutter count has increased 250 shutter actuations or more from purchased.
              • Cameras that have a shutter count that has increased, may not be approved for a full or partial refund
              • Products purchased as new must be returned in the same new condition including all accessories
              • Original packaging is undamaged otherwise subject to a restocking charge
              • Pre-Owned products must be in the originally purchased condition or may be subject to Ace Photo's Pre-Owned Warranty.
