Ace Photo Return Policy Overview
Ace Photo allows returns for a refund, store credit, or exchange, subject to meeting specific criteria and restrictions, particularly concerning electronic equipment like cameras and lenses.

Electronic Equipment and Restocking Fees

No Returns on Electronic Equipment (Implicit/Strict Conditions)

For new cameras and lenses, the manufacturer allows a 10-day new product return policy. If the product is defective from the factory, Ace Photo, Inc. will replace it with the same model, provided the return criteria (original box, accessories, matching serial numbers, etc.) are met.
Pre-Owned Products
Pre-Owned products must be returned in the originally purchased condition or may be subject to Ace Photo's Pre-Owned Warranty terms.
Non-Returnable Items
