ProMaster Chronicle Aluminum Tripod Overview
The Chronicle Aluminum Tripod with Ball Head from ProMaster is a versatile support solution with a maximum load of 22 lb and working height range from 8.3 to 59.1". The four-section legs feature twist locks and independent multi-angle adjustment. An Arca-type-compatible ball head lets you find the precise position you need for shooting and also features two 90° drop notches for easy vertical orientation. The tripod folds down to approximately 23" and weighs 4.7 lb.
The Flexor allows you to remove the ball head from the tripod much like a standard center column. However, the Flexor features three deployable feet for low angle shooting, and can be used to grip the camera more securely in your hand. Additionally, one of the tripod legs can be removed and attached to the bottom of the Flexor, allowing you to quickly convert your setup from tripod to monopod shooting.
