The Yashica Electro 35 G is a 35mm film rangefinder camera, released in 1968. It has a fixed lens with a focal length of 45mm and widest aperture of F/1.7. The wide aperture allows for shallow depth of field, creating beautiful bokeh backgrounds which make the subject stand out. The viewfinder is parallax corrected, making it easy for the user to ensure photos are in focus. The lens has aperture priority capabilities, as well a CdS (cadmium sulfide) auto meter.
