Great condition. Light meter has been tested and is working. Shutter, film advance and rewind, diaphragm check, ASA/DIN dial, and shutter lock are all working. Shutter speed is accurate. Body has no visible wear. Lens has some minor scratches on the front element which will not affect photos. The lens is free of fungus, dust, and haze. All communications between the lens and the camera body have been tested and are working. Please see pictures for more details.

The Petri FT 500 is a fully mechanical 35mm film camera. The name denotes the fastest shutter speed of 1/500 sec., making it an entry level camera. The solid metal body and simple mechanics make this camera reliable and easy to use. The M42 screw mount allow a wide variety of lenses to be fitted onto this camera. The Helios-44M-6 is a manual focus Soviet produced lens, this one in particular was produced by Valdai. It produces sharp images, and with a wide aperture it produces a bokeh background.
