The Fotodiox Pro Lens Mount Adapter (Nikon F to Fujifilm GFX) allows you to attach Nikon F-mount (including G-Type) lenses to a Fujifilm G-mount medium format digital camera.

• Features an integrated manual aperture control ring specifically designed to mechanically engage and adjust the aperture on Nikon G-Type lenses (which lack physical aperture rings).
• Built completely out of metal with premium chrome-plated brass mounts to handle heavy DSLR lenses without any gap, play, or wiggling.
• Functions as a purely manual adapter, meaning it lacks electronic communication. You will lose autofocus, auto-exposure metering, and image stabilization.
• Requires setting your Fujifilm camera menu to "Shoot Without Lens" to release the shutter.
• May introduce vignetting or dark corners depending on the lens used, as full-frame 35mm lenses are engineered for smaller sensors than the Fujifilm GFX medium-format sensor. Most lenses 50mm and longer or tilt/shift lenses cover the sensor well.

Key Compatibility Note

This mechanical aperture control ring works by pushing the mechanical aperture lever inside the lens. Because of this, it is fully compatible with Nikon G-type lenses (such as AF-S 50mm f/1.4G) but will not control the aperture on newer Nikon E-type lenses (such as the AF-S 70-200mm f/2.8E FL ED VR). Nikon "E" lenses use electronic diaphragms and will default to wide open or fully stopped down since this adapter lacks electronic pins.
