Excellent condition. Lens is free of fungus, dust, scratches, and haze. The exterior has minor wear like scratches, brassing, and a small dent on the rim of the lens. The lamp and aperture housing is included. The plug for the lamp is possibly European, it is 15mm between the center of the posts. Please see pictures for details.
This lens appears to be used for various medical applications such as surgical microscopes and ophthalmic slit lamps, which are used in photographing the retina. The lens itself sells from medical distributors for around $150-200. We include the housing in which the lens sits as well as the lens itself and the lamp in this listing.
