A CPL (Circular Polarizing) filter is a photographic filter used to control reflected light and improve color saturation. It works by blocking polarized light, the light that reflects off surfaces like water, glass, leaves, and metal.
An ND4 (Neutral Density 4) filter is a type of neutral-density filter that reduces incoming light by 2 stops (letting in 25% of the light). “ND4” is the strength rating. It would allow slower shutter speeds.
