The Konica Minolta FH-M10 is actually the 35mm film strip holder, while the slide mount holder for the original DiMAGE Scan Elite 5400 scanner is designated as the SH-M10. Both models work exclusively with the first-generation 5400 scanner and do not fit the 5400 II (Mark II) version.

SH-M10: Designed for framed 35mm mounted slides.
Compatibility Limit: Fits only the original DiMAGE Scan Elite 5400. It is not interchangeable or compatible with the DiMAGE Scan Elite 5400 II, which requires the later FH-M20 and SH-M20 series holders.
