Designed for hands-free control of transcription software, the Olympus RS31N Footswitch is a robust four-pedal footswitch that actively supports the OM SYSTEM Cloud and OMDS R8 on-premise dictation software products. Supporting functions like play, stop, rewind, and many keyboard shortcuts, this pedal makes operation of transcription software easier and more convenient.
The center and top pedals can be locked by the user to avoid accidental usage. The center pedal is extra wide to accommodate users of any shoe size. Along with keyboard shortcuts and access to multimedia keys, the pedal features an HID keyboard mode for typing with your foot only. The pedal sports a nonslip mat underneath to keep it in place during operation. For connection to computers and transcription devices, the RS31N features a durable and long fixed 8.2' USB-A cable.
