This lamp is designed to prevent excess blackening of those bulb areas through which light passes to lens, thus assuring a brighter light on the screen. Filament is positioned with utmost precision to give uniform screen illumination.
User of this lamp is assured maximum light on screen because the light source is highly concentrated and remains so throughout the life of the lamp. G-E Mazda Projection lamps excel in uniformity of life. Individual lamps vary only a few hours from the design value, thus avoiding early burnouts and insuring full light output.
