The Mamiya RB67 Focusing Knob Adapter (sometimes referred to as the DSM adapter) is a modular accessory that snaps over the standard focus knob on Mamiya RB67 (Pro, Pro S, and Pro SD) medium format cameras. It serves two primary functions:Larger Surface Area: It provides a significantly larger, rubberized knob for the bellows focusing rack. This allows photographers to turn the dial much more easily and precisely while fine-tuning focus.Distance Scales: The adapter allows you to attach dedicated distance scale plates corresponding to the specific focal length of the lens you are using (such as the 65mm, 90mm, or 127mm).
