Siros L 400Ws Battery-Powered 2-Light Outdoor Kit 2 was put together by Broncolor to give photographers studio quality lighting on the road free from power cords and sync cords. The kit includes two Siros L 400Ws flash heads, two Li-Ion batteries, a charger, a silver/black umbrella, a softbox with adapter ring, a sync cable, and an Outdoor Trolley Backpack.
The Siros L 400Ws Battery-Powered Monolight is the latest in the Siros series of monolights. Powered by a Li-ion battery, the flash head gets up to 440 full-power flashes on a 70-minute charge. The modeling light is a 25W LED to conserve battery power.

Speed is central to the design of the Siros L. Recycling is a lightning fast 0.03 - 1.2 seconds, while normal t0.5 flash duration is as short as 1/6200 sec. There is also a Speed Mode that bypasses the Siros L's Enhanced Color Temperature Control to prioritize short flash durations and fast recycle speeds. The result is a flash duration of 1/19000 of a second at minimum power: fast enough to freeze water droplets and other stop-action effects. The Siros L has a 9-stop variable power range from full power all the way down to 2Ws. While at higher settings it's possible to out-flash the sun, lower settings allow use of even the widest apertures for your desired effect. All functions are available on the simple, intuitive panel via an ergonomic rotary controller, but you also have access to the menus and controls of up to 6 units using your tablet or smartphone and the free bronControl app.

Siros L features Broncolor HS for syncing at shutter speeds up to 1/8,000s. Broncolor HS requires an RFS2.2 transmitter, available for Canon, Nikon, and Sony cameras. Existing Siros owners should ensure that their lights have the latest user-upgradable firmware, available online at www.bron.ch/sirosfirmwareupdate/.

Siros L is Battery-Powered

A single fully-charged lithium-ion battery stores enough energy for a Siros 400 L to flash more than 440 times, and it does that at maximum power.

Siros L is Fast

In only 0.03 seconds, your Siros L is ready again. The flash duration can as fast as 1/9000 sec (t 0.1) or 1/19000 sec (t 0.5).

Cut-Off Technology

Flash duration and light output are the two decisive factors in light control. A microprocessor in Siros L will calculate the shortest flash duration for a given energy setting.

Speed Mode

In Speed Mode, fast charging and short flash times have absolute priority. In this case, the calculation of constant color temperature (ECTC) is suppressed for quick results.

Siros L is Simple

Very simple operation using the single rotary controller. Alternatively, you can use the advanced, intuitive app.

Siros L is Powerful

The high light output leaves no photographer standing in the dark. It can even challenge sunshine. And with a control range of 9 stops, you can still use wide-open apertures when needed.

Siros L is LED

With its low power consumption, the 25-watt LED module provides bright modeling light at a color temperature of 3200K. The light characteristics are absolutely comparable with the modeling light from a mains-operated Siros S.

Charger for Siros L

The multi-voltage Charger for Siros L from Broncolor charges the Siros Li-ion battery in 70 minutes.

Rechargeable Li-Ion Battery for Siros L

The Broncolor Rechargeable Li-Ion Battery for Siros L charges in 70 minutes and will get 440 400Ws flashes from a 70-minute charge.

Flash Tube for Siros L 400 and 800

The user-replaceable Broncolor Flash Tube for Siros L 400 and 800 is a spare or replacement for the one that comes with Siros L 400 or 800 monolights.

Umbrella Reflector for Siros and Siros L Monolights

The Broncolor Umbrella Reflector provides an appropriate beam spread for the Siros and Siros L Monolights when used with umbrellas.

Umbrella Silver/Black 85 cm (33.5")

Start controlling and modifying your light with this 85 cm (33.5") Umbrella Silver/Black from Broncolor. In general, the umbrella will broaden and soften the light, with larger sizes providing an even softer effect. This model features a reflective silver interior with a black backing to provide a crisper, more focused light, revealing structure and detail in your subjects.

Softbox 60 x 60 cm (23.6 x 23.6")

This Broncolor Softbox is a 60 x 60 cm (23.6 x 23.6") light modifier that creates an even, diffuse light. This type of soft light is useful in product and portrait photography. The amount of diffusion can be adjusted via a removable baffle and front panel. Also, it is able to accept grids and other light modification accessories.
Included with this softbox are 4 rods for constructing and attaching the box to a light via an optional speedring. Also, it comes with the interior baffle, a front diffuser panel, and a transport bag for storage.

Speedring for Broncolor Flash Systems

This Broncolor Speedring is an adapter for mounting Broncolor softboxes to Broncolor flash systems. It features color coding on the rear face for easily assembling the softbox. The speedring comes with a soft case.

It has a mini pin at one end and a male PC connector at the other end. Although this is a straight cable, the camera end has a coiled section so that the cable doesn't disconnect or pull over the camera if tugged.

Outdoor Trolley Backpack

The Outdoor Trolley Backpack from Broncolor is specifically designed to carry all camera equipment and accessories.
