Compact Flash. Creative Freedom.
Designed for photographers and content creators, the Godox A2 Magnetic Mini Flash combines versatile flash performance with a compact, portable design. Featuring TTL and Manual flash modes, high-speed sync, a xenon flash tube, and a bi-color LED fill light, the A2 offers flexible lighting options for photography and content creation. Its magnetic mounting system, compatible light-shaping accessories, and smartphone app control make it easy to adapt the lighting to different shooting situations.
At the heart of the A2 is a xenon flash tube that delivers crisp, instantaneous illumination to help freeze motion and capture sharp images. TTL mode automatically adjusts flash output for convenient exposure control, while Manual mode provides direct control over flash power for consistent, repeatable results. High-speed sync expands creative possibilities when shooting in bright conditions or using wide apertures for shallow depth of field.
For continuous illumination, the A2 incorporates a bi-color LED fill/modeling light. This additional light source is useful for previewing lighting placement, adding subtle fill, and illuminating photo or video content when continuous light is preferred over flash.
The A2's magnetic design simplifies setup and lighting adjustments. Compatible magnetic modifiers attach directly to the flash, allowing users to diffuse, soften, shape, or redirect the light as needed. This flexible accessory system makes it easier to experiment with different lighting effects without carrying a bulky collection of traditional modifiers.
Wireless control through the Godox Camera App allows supported settings to be adjusted from a smartphone. This is especially convenient when the flash is positioned off-camera or mounted in a location that is difficult to reach during a shoot.
A built-in rechargeable battery keeps the A2 ready for portable use, while USB-C charging provides a convenient way to replenish power. Its compact size makes it easy to carry for everyday photography, travel, portraits, product photography, and mobile content creation. The A2 is available in White, Black, Light Blue, and Wine Red.
Combining traditional xenon flash performance with continuous LED lighting, app connectivity, and a versatile magnetic accessory system, the Godox A2 Magnetic Mini Flash offers a portable lighting solution for photographers and creators seeking greater control over their images and content.
