The Pana-Scan 14.0 MP Slide & Film Scanner lets you bring one-touch film and slide digitization anywhere. The stand-alone unit requires no computer or software to operate and outputs a 14-megapixel photo from each negative or slide. You don't even need to be near a power outlet to use the scanner thanks to its lithium-ion rechargeable battery (battery & adapter included). The converter features a USB connection so you can scan directly to a computer, as well as a built-in SD card slot for PC-free scanning directly to the memory card.
The Pana-Scan includes a video-out connection so you can view your scanned photos directly on a TV (cable included). The built-in 2.4" LCD screen lets you preview your images and navigate the unit's menus. Once you finish scanning an item, you can transfer the image to your computer and take full advantage of the included MediaImpression software which provides easy photo editing and organization.
