The Leica VH-1 Video Head is a two-way pan/tilt head with a quick-release plate. It has a load capacity of 5.5 lb, and weighs 13.4 oz. The plate slides 1.6" to balance a variety of video cameras. A knob locks and unlocks the sliding plate, and a safety button releases the plate from the head.
