The 500PLONG Video Camera Plate from Manfrotto is a long version of the standard plate. The plate allows perfect balance for camcorders with unusual weight distribution caused by long telephoto lenses or heavy batteries. It is supplied with 1/4" and 3/8” camera screws and an anti-rotation pin.
