The red Gura Gear Anansi Stabilization Bag is an hourglass-shaped bag that can be used to provide additional support and stability for any shooting setup. The bag ships empty and can be filled with any material, such as sand, dirt, beans, rice, and so on, to create a low-profile means for resting and steadying your camera. The shape of the bag promotes use in either a flat or folded configuration, depending on the shooting needs, and, additionally, it can be used as a ballast bag to provide weighted support for tripods or light stands.
The Anansi is handmade in the USA from heavy-duty polyurethane-backed Cordura materials and features double-stitched seams, reinforced handles, and a pebbled non-slip coating on each edge. The inner compartment, which is separated by a touch-tab fastener divider, is protected through the use of a concealed YKK zipper with a leak-stop tab to ensure the fill remains in the bag during use.
