This advanced high performance inkjet print head is 1-inch wide with 360 nozzles per channel, is capable of handling nine separate ink channels simultaneously, and produces variable-sized droplets as small as 3.5 picoliters to greatly decrease print times while optimizing photographic quality. Automatic Media Bar Code Tracking and Identification System
The Automatic Media Barcode Tracking and Identification System offers convenience and removes aggravating guess work from the media tracking process. When enabled, the system will automatically keep track of what media is loaded and the amount remaining on the roll. When a partially consumed roll is removed, the printer will automatically print a small barcode on the edge of the paper that will identify the paper when it is reinserted. This provides efficient reloading of partially used media rolls with reduced errors resulting from misidentification of the media type being used and prevents the occurrence of running out of media part way through a long print job.
