For added security, the Grand series features a three-layer mounting system which anchors the camera thread to an aluminum sleeve inside the carbon tubing, which is protected by an external lock. This reinforced design provides even greater stability and security when mounting heavy cameras and lenses. Equipped with ergonomically designed half-turn twist locks, the monopod is quick to set up and break down. The locks are also designed to be dust- and moisture-resistant, ensuring reliability in tough environments. The reversible 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 stud allows for direct mounting of a camera or the mounting of most tripod and monopod heads. A wrist strap is included for added security and the integrated rubber foot assures a slip-free operation on virtually any surface.
