The white Compact Aluminum Monopod Advanced from Manfrotto is a lightweight support for cameras weighing 6.6 lb or less. It extends from 16.3" to 61.3" and weighs just 12.3 oz. Flip locks secure its five leg sections in place, and a 1/4"-20 threaded screw on the mounting platform attaches to the tripod mount of most cameras.
To attach a camera to the monopod, there is a quick wheel that allows you to hold the camera with one hand, and turn the wheel with the other. An ergonomic soft grip and a wrist strap help ensure comfort and security while shooting, and a protective cap covers the 1/4"-20 screw when not in use.
