• PLEASE NOTE: If you are purchasing a product and live outside the USA, you will have to pay your government taxes, import duties, and/or customs fees. We do not know what they will be ahead of time.

Return Policy

Item must be returned within 2 weeks of delivery. There is no return fee if the item is defective. If your item is found defective after the initial 2 week period, please contact the manufacturer for information on repair or replacement under their warranty.

If you want to return an item that is NOT defective, it must be returned NEW in BOX. We do not accept open or used items back (unless defective). We will buy the item back as used equipment, at our discretion. Shipping costs are NOT refunded when an item is returned.

Used Equipment

We buy, sell, and consign used equipment. Please contact the store to arrange to bring us your items for evaluation to see if it's feasible to be sold. You can ship us your used equipment and we will send back an offer for fair market value. Please contact the store for more information and shipping instructions.
